As the winter fades away and the spring sun shines bright, we gear up for one of the most colorful festivals – Holi! It’s a festival where people come together, forget their differences, and celebrate the victory of good over evil. It is during such festivals that all employees come together as one big family to celebrate with love, zeal, and positive vibes.

This year, we, at Ably Soft, celebrated Holi with great enthusiasm and joy. It was a day filled with colors, games, and lots of delicious food. In this fun blog post, we take you on a journey filled with fun and excitement and share with you all the amazing moments and memories we created. 

To celebrate Holi in its true spirit, we organized a colorful Holi party for our employees.  The office was decorated with colorful buntings, streamers, and balloons, adding beautifully to the festive vibe. Our office never looked this colorful. Everyone was extremely happy and the excitement was palpable in the air. 

The party started with some fun activities, and all the employees were divided into four teams: Blue Pirates, Red Devils, Green Hawks, and Yellow Sharks. 

We started with the Gulaal relay race, where participants had to run a distance while holding a plate full of Gulaal in their hands and passing it on to the next team member. The team that reached the finish line first with the maximum amount of color in the plate was the winner.

The activity was full of fun and laughter and showcased the true competitive spirit of our employees. 

Our next game was a unique twist to our classic word scramble game. Participants formed a queue, each holding a letter of the scrambled word in their hands. One team member was blindfolded and tasked with moving from one point to another, while four other members held up a frame around them.

The challenge was to complete the task within a limited time and without touching the frame. Once the participant reached the finishing line, they had to write down all the letters on the board and rearrange them to form the correct word. The team that quickly finished the whole process was the winner.

This activity not only tested our employee’s spelling skills but also their coordination and teamwork.

After playing all these games, now was the time to savor yummy food. The highlight of the party was the delicious food. We had a variety of snacks and sweets including Gujiyas, and Samosas with Pav Bhaji and Dosa. The aroma of these dishes was enough to make everyone’s mouth water.

The food was perfect and not only satisfied everyone’s taste buds but also brought everyone together. After filling our stomachs with tasty food, it was time to burn some calories on the dance floor. The DJ played some popular foot-tapping numbers, and everyone was grooving to the beats. The music and colors created a lively atmosphere, and everyone enjoyed themselves fully.

Along with dancing, everyone started playing with colors and smeared each other’s faces with colorful Gulaal. They were running around and having fun just like kids. 

Holi is a festival that spreads happiness and brings people together. We at Ably Soft,  believe in fostering a sense of community and togetherness, and the Holi party was a perfect way to do that. We all came together as a team to celebrate this day, enjoyed food, played games, danced, and created memories that will last a lifetime.
